Chase Download Fail

Since yesterday, my banking & credit card account downloads via E.W.C. are freezing up. Attempts to reset & reactivate also result in complete system crash.

My Fidelity & Vanguard brokerage downloads using D.C. are working fine.

QWin user since '96 and never saw so much turmoil with connections.

    2 days later the above banking downloads are working again. Weirdly, one account downloaded duplicates of 6 transactions from 2024. ??

    Subsequent downloads are fine.
