    Jasmine, Users need Quicken to step up on matters like this. It is not reasonable for Quicken to suggest that Users contact the management at UWM. This is Quicken's area of responsibility. Someone at Quicken needs to contact UWM and work them to submit updated information. This issue appears to have been going on for a long time and Quicken should have addressed it immediately upon learning about it. Help us!!!

    I know it is frustrating, but if the URL has changed, for security reasons, the financial institution needs to provide the updated information. See this article for more information:

    Just in case this issue isn't being caused by an incorrect URL, what error message/code are you seeing in your Quicken when you attempt to add/update your account(s) with United Wholesale Mortgage? When did you first notice the issue?
