I know it is frustrating, but if the URL has changed, for security reasons, the financial institution needs to provide the updated information. See this article for more information:
Just in case this issue isn't being caused by an incorrect URL, what error message/code are you seeing in your Quicken when you attempt to add/update your account(s) with United Wholesale Mortgage? When did you first notice the issue?
