    once again another day and another issue with Quicken. Now, I cant download from Edward Jones. States my login info is incorrect, and once again it is correct.

    Please review this support article regarding OL-332 errors.

    Since this is the exact error you’re receiving, the article provides additional information on what the code means and includes the troubleshooting steps that we recommend users try when it appears.

    Please also note that there is currently an open alert for Edward Jones blocking Quicken traffic, which is still ongoing and may also be contributing to the issue. There is no ETA at this time—please refer to this Community Alert for any available updates.

    Additionally, we will be forwarding this issue to the proper channels to have this further investigated. However, we request that you please navigate to Help > Report a problem within your Quicken program and submit a problem report with log files and screenshots attached in order to contribute to the investigation.

    It would also aid the investigation to include a sanitized file when submitting the problem report. A sanitized file is a data file that removes personally identifiable information so you can comfortably share this file with the Quicken team.

    While you will not receive a response through this submission, these reports will help our teams in further investigating the issue. The more problem reports we receive, the better.

    @Jako it looks like other users are getting the same error for Edward Jones this morning. And it seems to be affecting both Windows and Mac users.

    Attempting to update my Edward Jones account in Quicken. I do not get an error code, but go straight to "Connectivity Problem". I answer "No" to have I updated my password. Then get the message to wait 24 hours and try to update again.

    Is anyone having this problem again? This happen several weekends ago.

    I am having this problem again this morning as well (worked fine yesterday). As was the case in July, the troubleshooting steps in the Support Article did not resolve it. I will monitor the Community Alert and try again later.

    I am also receiving the OL-332-A error on my Edward Jones accounts, which work fine on their website and worked with Quicken just a couple days ago.

    Second time for me as well, and it looks like the Credit Cards are having similar issues. I read the Community Alert and it is not helpful.

    Love Quicken, but hope this gets resolved permanently.
