Did I set up my signature wrong?

In another thread, I asked about the different versions of Quicken for managing investment portfolios. I got several answers about Quicken for the Mac. I was puzzled by this because I had put in my signature that I was using Office 365 on Windows 11. I see my signature, but one of the respondents said that they did not see it. Did I do something wrong in setting up my signature or did they have a setting that suppressed signatures?

Your signature is fine. As Jon explained that others can turn off seeing it.

As for me, call in being a little tired and not really connecting the dots.
