Subject: Disappearing Categories in Quicken Classic Deluxe Desktop
Dear Quicken Support,
I am experiencing an issue with categories disappearing in Quicken Classic Deluxe. Specifically, after I create new categories, they appear to save correctly, but once I close and reopen Quicken, the categories are gone.
I have already completed a file validation, but this did not resolve the problem. This issue has persisted for over six (6) months.
Here are my system details:
- Operating System: Windows 11
- Quicken Version: R63.21
- Build: 27.1.63.21
