Can't add new Fidelity accounts
Using Quicken Classic Premier R63.21 for Windows. I have quite a few current Fidelity accounts that I have had for a couple years now. They all changed to zzz-Fidelity Investments-DC and have been updating just fine. Now I need to add 4 new accounts. When I select Fidelity Investments it takes me to a sign in page and I authorize the accounts but then Quicken says it fails. I suspect it's because I need to use Fidelity Investments DC but that is NOT an option in the dialog box.
How can I add these accounts?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community with this question. Since those connections are labeled with the zzz prefix, they are slated to become inactive in the near future (once the Fidelity migration to Express Web Connect+ becomes mandatory).
You should be able to connect via Express Web Connect+, but if you want to try adding using Direct Connect, the post linked below might help:

When is the migration to EWC+ expected to happen? I've had BAD experiences with EWC+ on other accounts. I think BofA went that way? Now I've just disconnected BofA.

Yes, Bank of America did transition to Express Web Connect+.
Currently, the Fidelity migration is paused, and we have not been given a solid date for when it will resume and when it will become mandatory. I recommend bookmarking the Community Alert linked below to be notified of updates:

Thank you Kristina! I did get the 4 new accounts added. First I added them as offline accounts, then went to the Account Details - Online Services and in the Financial Institution typed in zzz-Fidelity Investments - DC, then used the flow to add them.
To be fair, I think my BofA account had a Quicken database error that was unfixable so I kept getting the same 3 or 4 old transactions duplicated over & over again. I had to keep track and delete them manually so I've just disabled the online services for it now. My Chase card uses EWC+ and except for the fact that it only updates once a day at night, it seems fine. But the balance rarely reconciles correctly until transactions catch up. Too much info…
