Who is the new online biller interface ?
I want to call many of the vendors no longer supported and see if they are going to work on it.

Hello @Bione,
Thanks for reaching out!
The new service providers for Quicken’s Online Biller interface are FiServ and BVA, with electronic payment functionality supported through RPPS.
To add bills back into Quicken, work is still required on our end to integrate with these providers. We’re starting with the most popular billers first, and more will be added over time as the rollout continues.
Thank you for your patience as we expand the list of supported billers!

@Quicken Anja Is there a list of the currently supported online billers?

Hi @cyberphile,
Thanks for chiming in!
We don’t have a publicly available list of currently supported online billers at this time. However, if there’s a specific biller you’d like me to check, I can look into it internally for you.
Thank you!

I'm interested in Los Angeles Dept of Water & Power, Southern Calif Gas, Mercury Insurance, Citi Bank (Costco), Bank of America, Delta Dental Insurance, Spectrum (Cable & Mobile), Discover credit card, Fidelity/Elan Rewards Visa.

Hi @cyberphile,
Thanks for providing the list! Based on what I see internally, the following billers are currently listed:
- Southern California Gas
- Costco Membership Renewal – I searched for “Citi” first, which didn’t pull up anything, but searching “Costco” returned this listing.
- Charter Communications – This appeared when searching for “Spectrum.” The system displays it under the brand name Charter Communications, but the URL is www.spectrum.com.
The others you mentioned—Los Angeles Dept of Water & Power, Mercury Insurance, Bank of America, Delta Dental Insurance, Discover credit card, and Fidelity/Elan Rewards Visa—don’t currently appear in the supported biller list.
Hope this helps!

Hi @Quicken Anja ,
Thank you for looking those up. I have concluded from your response that this new online billers system is not ready for prime time (Bank of America is not supported at this time?). I will be doing everything I can to avoid any Quicken upgrade that no longer supports the current system's billers.

I hope you understand that will short lived. Looking at the original announcement of this like the Bill Payment provider before the last one, their current (old one) is getting out of the business, and even if they weren't I'm sure there is a contract that is ending. Probably in the near future it will be the new system or nothing. Quicken "the program" will be nonfunctional in this regard if the service provider is no longer there.
Personally, I like my system better, basically totally automatic, I just setup for the payments to be automatically deducted at the biller's website. For most, I can even use a credit card that I can get cash back from.
If that wasn't available, I probably would use my bank's system instead. Banks have been doing this for decades and have it down pat.

While I have not received a new bill yet (mid-Sept), Fidelity/ELAN did show as active and awaiting a new bill. I would have been suprised if they had not since the Fidelity banner comes up on Quicken start.
