12-Months Budget View, change January - (current month) to January - (last complete month) [Edited]

In the 12-Months view of the Budget Screen, I recommend that the column labeled “January – August (current month)” be renamed and modified to reflect “January - July (last complete month)".

My goal is to review the budget performance for January - July (last complete month).

The current rollup is skewed because it includes all of August "budgeted" amounts, but only a month-to-date portion of the "actual" spend. If the roll-up were modified and renamed to reflect "January to XXXX (last complete month)", the data would provide a meaningful view of the budget performance for January to XXXX (last completed month).

Yes!! It's not very useful when the denominator changes on day 1 of the new month.
