Every time that I try to sync my Pal Pal account, I receive Error CC-503. The login credentials that I am using are correct according to the website.

I guess Quicken allows downloads from PayPal - something I've never tried to do - but I'd assume that the connection would be directly tied to your PayPal account, so I'm not sure why syncing to your "PayPal account" would bring up a cc-503 error associated Synchrony Bank Credit Cards.

Is this a PayPal-branded credit card actually issued by Synchrony, not your actual PayPal account?

This account is accually thorugh Paypal with no CC associated with it. Ive had this account linked before but for some reason it stopped working. Now when I try to add it pops up like a checking account but it is not. its a line of credit through pay pal. It is call pay pal smart connect but on my accout it does have the Synchrony logo on the top left of the page.

Hello @DPeyton,

Thank you for letting us know you're seeing this issue. The Synchrony Bank Credit Cards connection option is intended for cards directly issued by Synchrony Bank and will not work with branded cards that Synchrony services. That is why you're getting a CC-503 error when you attempt to connect.

What is the exact URL (web address) that you use when logging into the account directly through the financial institution website? When you click to view the account, are you redirected to a different website?
