PNC Authorization Link Quicken uses is not working
My PNC account needs to re-authorize, usually not an issue, but today it takes me to a PNC link that no longer works. Live chat support was beyond useless, cannot emphasize how beyond useless they were. Chances are PNC changed the URL for authorizing new connections and Quicken needs to update its software to reflect that. Always a possibility PNC just has issues right now, but I am guessing the link just needs updated. The link Quicken takes me to in order to authorize is attached. I am sure it will fail for anyone who tries it. I tried for multiple computers over multiple ISPs. https://open-banking.pnc.com/obp/login/web/authorize?client_id=retail_obp_hb_orchestrator_proxy_client_i00400

I received this message when trying to reactivate my PNC account:
You don't have permission to access "http://open-banking.pnc.com/obp/login/web/authorize?" on this server.
How do I fix this?

Same issue here, also made a post here about it.

The usual question is: What browser is being invoked when you try to reauthorize your account?
If your current "browser A" is not working, try to setup and use another one ("browser B") as the default browser for http and https, then try to repeat the authorization process. You may also need a firewall entry to allow Microsoft Edge Webview2 to access the Internet
Locate the exact folder containing Webview2. The number shown in the path above may be different for your PC.

Browser is not an issue. Computer is not an issue. I have tried from multiple computers, multiple ISPs.

I got the same errors as others have reported, but this afternoon I was able to successfully connect PNC accounts using WebConnect, with the expected authorization on the PNC side working normally. So for me, the error was fixed rather quickly.
