how do I stop all the notifications? I get way too many and they just keep coming. Getting tired of hitting the delete button constantly

    If you wish to stop getting notifications of new posts for specific discussion threads that you have participated in: Go to the first post in that thread and to the right of the title click on the circle with the 3 dots in it. Then click on "Mute". That should prevent you from getting any more notifications regarding that thread.

    If you wish to stop getting ALL notifications or for specific topics/categories:

    1. Click on your profile icon at the top right of the page (next to the envelope).
    2. Click on your Account & Privacy Settings.
    3. Click on Notification Preferences.
    4. Then select which notifications you wish to receive or not receive and the method for how you wish to receive them.
    5. Then you can go back to your Profile or to any other webpage you want or you can simply close that tab or browser.
