Online Billers
Quicken was updated to v R64.23 this morning and now my online billers aren't working. I entered my account into to "Reconnect" but the account goes "pending" then "failed." This is on my Allstate accounts, T-Mobile, and my Puget Sound Energy accounts. CenturyLink isn't even an option for a biller now. Is this an update issue? I have lost functionality on every update recently. The last update has caused an issue with Fidelity and now this.

What version were you running prior to updating to R64.23?
If you were not previously running R64.19, then you should read the Release Notes for R64.19 (see the 1st post in the Announcement at Windows R64.XX Release (US)) which states that Quicken Bill Manager's Quick Pay and eBill provider has been changed to provide an improved experience with eBills and Quick Pay (does not affect Check Pay). R64.23 includes all previous version updates, including R64.19.
There are numerous posts in this Community that this provider change and this requires the previous biller setups to be deleted and then added, again, with the new billers. You can search the Community to read some of these post threads by searching for "R64.19".

After my previous post this Alert was posted. Perhaps it is applicable to the issue you are seeing?:

"Improved eBills" in R64.19 has now FIXED my Chase statement amounts not pulling in and I can "default to total amount due" CORRECTLY AT LAST! See my original thread: HERE
I had to fiddle back and forth with reminders, and I still have 1 manual reminder in place because the statement balance is pending for that account currently (I hope I can resolve this in the next month's cycle and it does not come back) but the other accounts are correctly linked to reminders. I had to manually create a Bill reminder and set my static value for forecasting, THEN link the online biller to merge.
Now I see the next statement actual balance on due date, then the dates that follow that show my reminder static/estimated balance. Only problem is I can't find where to edit that reminder balance for forecasting - hopefully this area continues to improve as this was the clunkiest thing I had going on in my current Quicken Classic setup.
Woo! Hope this works out over time and I don't lose Reminder values - the whole point is being able to forecast beyond 1 statement cycle, I forecast cash balance out 90-180 days on a regular basis - so this is very important to keep functional when linking reminders to online bills!0 -
I have tried to reconnect several of my online billers, and they don't even come up in the list anymore (utilities, Audible, Paramount). It is very frustrating when I had everything set up and now Quicken doesn't even list them. I hope they can fix this, or I may need to find another accounting program.
