I have been successfully importing data from Charles Schwab for many years. Now I can't do that for some strange reason. Can you help?

This has happened to many users of Quicken with Schawb. In another thread where the users were having the same problem one user offered this copy of a fix suggested by a Quicken moderator, that worked:

    _____________________________________________________________

Our teams have discovered that users are experiencing cases of missing transactions with their Charles Schwab (EWC+) accounts. Please follow the instructions below and first save a backup.

    1. Deactivate all the accounts associated with Charles Schwab.
    2. Navigate to Charles Schwab's website, (www.schwab.com), look for third-party apps, and unlink Quicken.
    3. After the accounts are unlinked, return to Quicken, and attempt to Add the Charles Schwab accounts by using the "+" button.

If the issue persists, reset the cloud:

    1. Click on "Edit"
    2. Select "Preferences"
    3. Go to the "Mobile & Web" tab
    4. Click on "Reset Cloud"

Note - If you do not see an option to reset the cloud, that means you have Sync turned off. To reset the cloud, you would need to turn Sync on, click OK, then navigate back to Edit>Preferences>Mobile & Web to click the Reset your cloud data link. Once the cloud reset finishes, you can turn Sync off again."

    _____________________________________________________________

(In the above "fix" the reference to "using the "'+"' button" is referring to going through the "Add Account" process, which can be kicked off by clicking on the "+" symbol on the "Accounts" line above the Accounts Bar. Make sure you LINK the accounts it finds at Schwab, not "ADD" them.)

I'm having issues with getting data into Quicken from CS. I see no option to unlink Quicken. What are the steps to do that at CS?

Also, it's not clear which on the list of Charles Schwab (when clicking on add +) to choose. This is not working correctly. When reaching out to Charles Schwab, they are of no help. They point me back to Quicken.
