PROBLEMS WITH TRANSACTION DOWNLOADS FROM MERRILL LYNCH

I am a Mac Quicken Classic user and have been for years. Within the past month or so transactions that were downloading correctly are now being downloaded differently. Nothing on the ML side has changed, as far as I can see, but their translation on the Quicken side is very different. I have many examples too numerous to add here. Is anyone else having similar problems and, if so, have you found a reason or a solution ?

    Thanks for reaching out! To help us understand the issue better, could you clarify what you mean by the transactions “being downloaded differently”? For example, are categories, amounts, dates, or descriptions appearing incorrectly?

    It would also be very helpful if you could provide a few screenshots showing the differences you’re seeing. That way we can better identify what might be causing the change and offer guidance.
