I am having this exact problem. How can I resolve it? I do not see a clear support option.

See this post for details. I am having the exact problem. We have two accounts at BoA to cover some of our different credit cards. A few weeks ago, i had to reativate one of the accounts, and now I cannot get all of the accounts to sync anymore. If I login to mine, my spouses accounts no longer sync and vice versa. It worked for years previously. How can I make it so all of the BoA accounts sync, even though some are tired to either spouse?
