Win11 latest update broken login

After the Win11 latest update I am unable to get thru the login pop-up. I am running Quicken Classic. I have been trying for 3 days. Retried the download patch, too.

I have reset credentials and can login on the mobile app, and online. So it's not a password issue.

What is broken with this latest update in Win11 that I need to fix?

To help troubleshoot, please provide more information about the exact behavior you are seeing. You said you can't get past the login popup. What exactly is happening?
