Can't Download a UBS Financial Services Investment Account
When I set up download from UBS I get this error message: "The information you entered does not match our records"…. It is the same credentials I use to access my account directly. I have IRA and regular investment accounts. I notice that my account is on which cannot be setup in Quicken. You can only setup for www.ubs.com. I have struggled with this since October 2024. Prior to that I had no problems downloading my investment transactions. What changed???

I can see internally that you’re currently connecting to the UBS Online Services instance in the financial institution list. Have you also tried connecting through one of the other available instances, such as UBS Financial Services Inc. (this one is typically used for investment accounts) or UBS Bank – USA? If so, what was the outcome?
Additionally, could you please provide a screenshot of the error message you are receiving? If needed, please refer to this Community FAQ for instructions on how to attach a screenshot. Alternatively, you can also drag and drop screenshots to your response if you are not given the option to add attachments.
