When I set up download from UBS I get this error message: "The information you entered does not match our records"…. It is the same credentials I use to access my account directly. I have IRA and regular investment accounts. I notice that my account is on
https://onlineservices.ubs.com
which cannot be setup in Quicken. You can only setup for www.ubs.com. I have struggled with this since October 2024. Prior to that I had no problems downloading my investment transactions. What changed???
