Ongoing OSU errors

For months now I continue to receive the following errors when using One Step Update:

It is not just limited to Citi Cards and Citibank. It also occurs with Morgan Stanley AllyBank, Charles Schwab, USAA, etc.

Is this being worked on? I'm using Version R64.25 Build 2701.64.25

Thank you for letting us know you're seeing these yellow error messages. The yellow errors with Citi are a known issue (CTP-14158). You can see the current discussion on the issue in this thread:

We haven't seen as many reports of yellow error messages from other financial institutions. How often are you getting these messages? When did the issue start? Are the accounts downloading normally, in spite of the error messages, or are you also having issues with the accounts not updating?

I renamed the runtime.dat file as suggested in the above post. It appears to have worked, but I'll wait to see if it is a permanent fix and report back.

OK, well that worked one time. Now I get Citibank and Schwab errors just like before. Looks like it's not a corrupted file on my end but an issue with Quicken.

Is this being actively worked on? Please advise.

The issue has already been reported to the proper channels for further investigation and resolution. So that I can add you to the ticket, please navigate in your Quicken file to Help>Report a Problem, and send a problem report with log files attached. Including a screenshot of the error you are seeing (showing both Citi and Schwab) would also be helpful.
