Why am I getting this message when automatically converting to the new Fidelity connection method?

When I receive the conversion screen for the transition to the new Fidelity Connection method, I click on the conversion button and get then the message, "We couldn't get information about Fidelity Investments. This account will be set up as a manual account. OK

    If needed, you can also include a screenshot of the conversion screen before you click the button. Make sure to redact any personal information like account numbers.
