the online services tab is not on edit account details page

I want to add online services to my bank accounts. The online connections were removed in the file copy process (I copied my large file to remove attachments and downsize the file). All Q.C. posts that I see state the online services tab is on the Edit Details page of the account. I don't see it. Also, there is no info on the Online Center page, including no financial institutions. I am unable to enter anything.

Please help me.

Thanks for those details, and for clarifying that you’re on Quicken Classic Premier. A couple of things to check so we can narrow this down:

• Do you see this missing Online Services tab for all accounts (across multiple financial institutions), or only certain account types?
• When you go to Tools > Account List, does it show any financial institutions at all next to your accounts?
• Could you also share a screenshot of what you see on the Edit Account Details page? If needed, please refer to this Community FAQ for instructions on how to attach a screenshot. Alternatively, you can also drag and drop screenshots to your response if you are not given the option to add attachments.

This information will help us narrow things down.

Hello Quicken Anja!

Thank you! I had only looked at 1 account. Because you asked me about multiple financial institutions, I checked others and they had the online services tab. I was able to set them up and one of the accounts shared the financial institution with the account I had looked at and was able to set them all up successfully. I was required to authorize, etc…
