Downloaded transactions not showing.
I see others are having this same issue - without a satisfactory resolution to the problem.
I HAVE FOUND A SOLUTION TO "MY" ISSUE.
I downloaded a fresh copy of Quicken Classic, created a backup of all of my data, then reinstalled the Quicken Classic download. This resolved my issue!
Maybe it will help others.

I have had a transaction download problem since early August. I took the same step that you did and it did not help. None of the other trouble shooting steps have helped. No one has been able to resolve my transaction download problem. Thinking about cancelling my subscription because the program is useless to me.
