Option to delete datasets appears to be no longer available.

I am logged in to my Quicken account online. I have clicked on my profile and selected 'See All' to see the 14 'My Cloud Accounts', datasets, saved online. I want to delete the old ones that are no longer useful and very out of date. I checked the FAQs and see the following instructions:

Windows

Go to Edit > Preferences > Quicken ID & Cloud Accounts.

Select Cloud accounts associated with this Quicken ID.

Select any dataset you don't want to be associated with your cloud account.

Select Delete.

Continue to remove datasets until you only see the ones you want to be associated with your cloud account.

But when I access the Preference on the desktop as instructed, there no longer is the 'Cloud accounts associated with this Quicken ID' option to delete the datasets. What am I missing? Is that functions still available?

Windows 11, Quicken Classic Premier version R64.29

I have figured out what the issues is. I needed to open a data file in the desktop that was set to Enable Sync to see the cloud accounts.

Issue solved. But given my previous discussions with Quicken support, this doesn't actually delete the data that Quicken has archived. 🙁

    Hello @DoctorBrown,

Thank you for posting both your issue and the resolution here — it’s always appreciated, and it may definitely help others who run into the same thing in the future.

Just to confirm, when you delete a cloud dataset from your Quicken software, it is deleted internally for Quicken as well. There's no need to worry about any leftover data lingering behind.

Thanks again for following up and sharing your experience!

Also, for future users who come to this thread based on the title, I ran into an issue after doing a file Copy with the template option where in the new file copy, the cloud accounts were not displayed even with Sync On. I performed a reset cloud data and after that they appeared.
