Fidelity reauthorization doesn't list correct "Link to Existing Account"

I haven't accepted the reauthorization because Quicken doesn't list the correct Link to Existing Accounts for two of my accounts that currently download correctly and it doesn't even have the Don't Add to Quicken option for one of them. They were checked on the Fidelity side of reauthorization. All the rest of my Fidelity accounts I enter manually so I have selected Don't Add to Quicken.

Any idea how to fix these issues before I complete the reauthorization?

For the 2 accounts in question that did not link the reauthorized downloads to the correct account: When you clicked on the Action dropdown, did it include the correct accounts there and were you able to select the correct accounts there? Or are you saying that the Action dropdown did not even list the correct accounts to be linked to?

The action dropdown does not list the correct accounts to link to existing accounts (that currently download correct new transactions) for the two accounts in question.

    Hello @BarbGB,

Thank you for sharing your experience. If the correct accounts are not showing in the dropdown to link to, then either Quicken already thinks those accounts are connected, or they are showing as a different account type. To correct the issue, backup your Quicken file, deactivate the problem accounts, then navigate to Tools>Add Account, and follow the prompts. When you get to the Add/Link screen, you should now have the option to link to the correct accounts in Quicken.

It relates to a 'master' account that doesn't retain transactions with a link to the actual account that transactions download in to. I always need to remember this when dealing with Fidelity. Thanks for your help.
