Incorrect Fidelity SPAXX dividend income download

Since June, Dividend Income from Fidelity SPAXX includes 2 mysterious transactions in addition to the actual dividend income. I cannot locate these additional transactions in any Quicken report, much less in statements from Fidelity.

Where do you see these transactions?

Are the mysterious transactions duplicates of ones that are already entered? If so, delete them.

What's the nature of these transactions? Are the affecting Account balances?

Thanks Jim and Tom, however after additional investigation I discovered that the additional dividend income was coming from a different rollover IRA. I apologize for wasting your valuable time.
