Issue with (Online backups)
I’m having an issue with the online backup service. When I start an online backup it starts out okay plus then the backup stops and goes back to the beginning and try’s to start the backup again. I contacted Quicken technical support and they have escalated the issue but haven’t gotten an emails from the escalation team as to the status. Is anyone else experiencing this problem? Paul M

Thank you for sharing your experience, and I am happy to help.
I looked at your previous interactions with support, and I do see the ticket created for a -1005 error when trying to save an online backup. The CTP is still open and is being worked. Any updates will be sent to you from the escalations team by email. We don't currently have an ETA for when it will be fixed, unfortunately.
On another note, completely separate from the online backup issue you are reporting… I reviewed your account here internally, and I am seeing an error that requires escalation. Please contact Quicken Support directly for assistance with this.

Alyssa, thanks for posting a reply. Can you provide me a little more information on the issue you noticed that needs escalating so when I call technical support I can refer to the issue? Thanks.

Thank you for following up.
It appears that two days ago, the team handling the escalation for your issue with online backups sent you an update via email. If you have not yet seen that, go check it out.
As for the other issue, it's something that can only be resolved by contacting Quicken Support directly. They have access to tools we don't have on the Community, and they can escalate the issue as needed. I apologize that I can't provide more information than that.

Alyssa, I got my online backup issue resolved. Come to find out it was timing out. Support suggested I download using an Ethernet onnection, which I did and now everythings fine. PRM
