I have this issue. I have a yearly "Bill and Income Reminder" set to automatically enter into the register sixty days early. It keeps adding a new reminder for the next year into the register. So far, it's entered the annual bill for a service up through 2035. And it keeps updating the "Next Reminder" date in the reminder. It says the next one is due on 11/21/2036. I'm on R64.30, Build 27.1.64.30.
