Cannot extend my subscription to Quicken Premier
Has Quicken changed their policy on extending your subscription via a product key from within the app?
Since Quicken switched to being subscription based, I've sought out copies of Quicken Premier on sale or sold at a discounted and used the enclosed registration key to update my subscription but this time I've run into a problem. I entered the key that came in the sealed quicken box and the key was validated and I was taken to a second page where I was asked where I had purchased my copy, my name and my state and zip code and here's where the problem manifested itself.
Upon hitting submit or continue the screen displayed two error messages that said that I needed to enter my street address and city name but there are no fields to enter those values on the form. I called Quicken Support for help but the guy I spoke with said that they've never offered the ability to extend subscriptions via a registration key within the product and I know that this was incorrect as I've done it many times. I then went into Help and submitted a problem report but it's been 3 days and no reply from Quicken.
So, has anyone encountered this issue and can tell me how to resolve this isssue?

A Reg key is only used with new installs, not with extending existing installs.

Then how did I manage to add 1 year to my existing subscription all these years since Quicken switched to a subscription model? I've done this many times.
