Price Day Change and Price Day Change Percentage is not working at all.

Quicken seems to be updating the proper quotes for my stocks, but it is not longer updating the price day change or calculating the price day change percentage.

Can this be fixed?

    I am experiencing the same problematic behaviour. The best way to get someone at Quicken to look at this is to do both of the following:

    (i) Use the Report a Problem feature under the Help menu

    (ii) Call Quicken phone support after doing (i) above and request help with the issue. When the person who takes your call can't solve the problem, they should be able to escalate the matter.

    I've reported the problem, but the likelihood of Quicken looking into the problem is very dependent on how many people report the problem.

    This appears to be another example of this mysterious issue, which has been reported several times and has been around for a long time.

    It appears to happen more often with securities that were recently added to the Security List and it is a recalculation issue. I found that forcing a recalculation by moving the As of date to the previous day then back to the problem date fixes the problem temporarily. Please let us know if that fixes it for you.
