Ability to Create a Report with Mileage Categories

I have yet to find a way to create a report that will include the Mileage Categories as part of the report. I would like to run a report of my business income and expenses that can include mileage expenses. Same for my Rental business. Same for my Charity reporting.

Even though I select these hidden categories for the report, the information is not included in the report when I run it.

The only reports I have found so far which display Mileage information by category are the Tax Summary and the Tax Schedule Report. Have you looked at these yet?

Yes, I have looked at those. However, I am asking that these Categories be made available for any report so I can customize a report and add these mileage categories to existing custom reports.

I have made "Mileage Tracker" entries for both Medical and Charity mileage. I am able to view the information by running the "Schedule A - Itemized Deduction" Report (2025). If I click on one of the entries, Quicken Crashes. I have filled out the "Crash Report" screen. There seems to be no way to view and edit Mileage entries.

Have you gone into your Category List and checked "Show Hidden categories"? Because, they're already there and should be available to any report … just like other categories are.

NotACPA, yes I have. I see them in the list when attempting to edit an existing custom report or create a new custom report. However, there are no entries in the report when I run it.

I am beginning to think that in custom reports, I need to select an Account as well as the Category. I have tried selecting All Accounts and only selecting the Hidden categories for Mileage. Still, nothing appears in the report. Business Mileage does appear when I run the canned reports for Schedule C Report.
