I am using Quicken Classic on a Windows 11 PC, latest build. I do not run the mobile version and do not plan to.
Each time I try to update my accounts, the accounts do not appear in the list. Update worked a few months ago, but has failed the last few times. I have contacted support and they do not have any suggestions other than validating the data file, which I have done many times.
This problem is making Quicken unusable, which is frustrating. I have begun searching for other apps that do the same thing, but I would really prefer to get beyond this error in Quicken. Any ideas?
