Big Miss-Banks not connecting to once connected accounts (Quicken Classic Premire Windows 11 Home)
Good morning - Very LONG story short; I spent the last couple of days completing transfers between all the accounts (I understood the concept; just took a hot minute to figure it out and do it). Everything is now right in the world altho 2 of my accounts (savings & heloc) are no longer connecting to the Bank. When I update accounts; the bank downloads the same savings & heloc; in the original names & form (mind you, it does not do that for the checking OR mortgage which I also renamed); hence all the transfers, etc. I've completed aren't there :S). The original accounts once connected prior to my transfer trauma and IDK they no longer are. I have tried searching how to get the 2 ORIGINAL accounts to connect and have come up empty handed. I don't want to re-work the transfer nightmare. I have created a backup thinking maybe I could cut & paste into the synching savings & heloc; altho I don't think that will work either. Any thoughts, insights, or table to bang my head against will be beyond fantastic!

Which bank(s), as they're know at TOOLS, Account list? What "Transaction Download" method, also there?
Which Q Product, and what BUILD of that product, as shown at HELP, About Quicken?
And, it's ill-advised to download into a mortgage account, because only the principal component of your payment will download, not the interest or any escrow amounts. Instead, use Q's Mortgage Wizard and download into your checking account.

Hi NotACAP..the bank is just one (a FCU).
The account list shows:
Savings - both accounts are listed as "Savings" with a transaction download of "Yes (Web Connect)". One is named Savings and the new downloading is named Share savings
The HELOCs are listed differently
*The original HELOC (that once downloaded fine) is listed (and always was) as "Liability" and now shows a a transaction download of "n/a"
*The downloading HELOC lists it as a "Credit" and a transaction download of "Yes (Web Connect)".
I do not have a mortgage per se, however a property loan (which hasn't gone awry). This has always been listed as a "Liability" with a transaction download of "Yes (Web Connect)". I do have things set up so my payment is split between the principle and the interest.
While I do not do much with the HELOC; I do more transfers with my savings - I'm wondering if I can just shut it down completely and do manual entries, altho I was doing that with Excel for years and bit the bullet and jumped on Q. Obviously not know too much of what I was doing.. 😕

So I played around a bit…I was able to actually get things in line by disconnecting the wrong downloading accounts and connecting to the old original accounts. Everything seems to be updating. Thank you for your help..I never would've thought to look at the account list or the transaction downloads to see where things were going (or not going). Thank you :) :) :)
