Cannot get quicken to upload BOA downloads, tried all the supposed fixes. I assume Quicken will adapt to newBOA format to allow normal exchanges of data.

    I checked your account internally and do not see any errors for BOA at this time, so that's good! I do, however, have some follow-up questions for you, if that's ok.

    • When you try updating your BOA accounts, what happens?
    • Is BOA the only affected financial institution? Do you have others that are updating properly?
    • How long has this issue been occurring?
    • What troubleshooting steps did you already try?
