Quicken Mac - Why am I unable to download from B of A
During my most recent download from B of A, when I attempt to import the file, I receive the following message: Web Connect support for your financial institution has either temporarily or permanently discontinued (CC885). I received the same message a week ago. I have never had a problem with B of A downloads before. I cannot find any message from either Quicken or B of A regarding a change in download procedures.

Here's the announcement thread from Quicken about this:
According to that post, BoA is responsible for discontinuing support for importing downloaded QFX files; the only way to connect to BoA is to download directly from BoA using Quicken Connect.

Guess it would have been nice if BofA had notified. I changed settings to Quicken Connect, so it should be easier to download in the future. Thanks for your answer.
