Merrill Connection
Every time I log in to Quicken and update accounts I am prompted to reauthorize my Merrill connection. Although when I do that it says the authorization is good for 365 days. Does anyone have a resolution?

Thank you for sharing your experience and asking this question. I am happy to help!
After reviewing your account internally, I can see that you are getting an FDP-390 error. This error occurs when the instance of the bank you are trying to connect to has been discontinued. That being said, I can tell that the instance of Merrill Lynch that you are connecting to is not one that is discontinued. That makes me think that maybe there is an old account connected that could be causing this.
You will need to:
- Save a backup.
- Disconnect ALL Merrill Lynch accounts.
- Check for hidden accounts. Disconnect any hidden accounts that are still connected to online services.
- Reconnect the accounts.
- You will be taken through an authorization process.
- Once back in Quicken, make sure to Link to existing for the accounts that are already in Quicken.
