Can't add Georgia Path2College Acct to Quicken Mac

I have a Georgia Path2College opened with 3 contribution accounts for my grandkids. Quicken Mac keeps telling me I am entering incorrect User ID and PW to add the account through the add account feature, but I am not entering the incorrect credentials. Any thoughts?

    Thank you for sharing your experience.

    I reviewed your account internally, and it confirmed what you are describing. You are getting an FDP-103 with Path2College 529 Savings Plan.

    Please review this Support Article for this error. When adding a new account, you want to ensure you are able to log in to the financial institution's website without any issue, and make sure you are choosing the right instance in Quicken to connect to. It looks like there is only one instance to choose from in Quicken, and that is the one you are using.

    Can you confirm if the URL in Quicken matches the one you visit when you log in to see these accounts on the financial institution's website, gapath2college.com? If the URL is correct, as stated in the bottom of the article, you will need to contact Quicken Support directly for further investigation and possible escalation of this error.

    Dear Alyssa,

    Yes, I am able to log into the Georgia website and access my account. I am using the same userid and password. Why is Quicken asking for an Aggregator userid and Aggregator password? Clearly that language is significant for something.

    I see what you mean about it asking for Aggregator Username & Aggregator Password.

    To be honest, I have never seen that before. It does also say to enter the credentials you use to login at the financial institutions website.

    I still think you should now contact Quicken Support directly for further assistance.
