One Step Update Settings are no longer being saved. How do I fix this?
I have Windows 11 and have had Quicken for years. This issue started maybe May or June or before of this year. I click on "One Step Update" and all the accounts come up, but none are checked. I click "all", then eliminate those no longer used. Then I click "Apply". The next time I do an update, none of the settings are saved. I have put up with it for a long time, but it seems like the apply button should work.

This is not an answer to your main question, but if you have accounts that are "no longer used", is that because they no longer exist or that they are dormant and maybe used in the future.
If they don't exist or will NEVER be used in the future, why not remove online access from them and they won't show up in the OSU list. You can do this by editing the account(s) from the Account List (Tools menu).
This won't solve the "save settings" issue, but it will eliminate the need to uncheck those accounts after you do the "click all".
