What is the Flag for in the community posts?

What are some examples of when to flag a post or comment? Is it to get the Mods' attention? TIA

(mistakenly I posted this under paying bills. Meant to be for the watercooler. sorry)

@BK If you click on that icon, you'll see that there are multiple options available, some of which are complaints others are just comments to the Mods.

Thank you @NotACPA . I was afraid to try that in case I couldn't undo it. Now I see the options. Just for size I am going to flag my own post ~~and your response as well to see if I can undo it (hope you don't mind)~~. Cheers.

Update: I just flagged my own and realized it cannot be undone. So I won't flag yours. I now see how it works. Thanks again @NotACPA

What is seriously missing from this list of options is something like "Other" or for that matter "a comment".

Everything in the list is about "person doing something wrong". But there are many cases where you just want to flag it for the moderators like it needing to move to another category.
