Questions on Fidelity Rewards Visa

A while back, Q promoted the benefits that their Users would be able to get and have history of incoming bills. After years of fairly reliable functionality, Q has not downloaded or saved BoA, Fidelity Visa, FPL, and other e-statements for many, many months. As a try to fix problems over the past months, I deactivated, reactivated, and reset, deleted, initiated new accounts in Q, and also reported performance gaps a long time ago.

Q’s auto download/save e-statement and auto populate of amt due in bills reminders were decent features. Now, I manually fetch and save e-statements and manually enter amt due. Like the old days. 😉 Maybe it’s Q, maybe billers stopped service. Either way, OSU doesn’t show an error and no longer flags that e-statement connectivity isn’t working. Any ideas to resolve?

    Re: Icon

Did a check on Accounts vs eBills for Elan icon today and accounts has it what I would consider "right" even though Elan (I now know) is a sub of US Bank:

The ebill column for my Fidelity VISA updated today to reflect the statement issued today, so switching it earlier this month to connect to Elan was a success. Still can't get the statement via Quicken, though.
