posting from bank to Quicken register

Question

I use two banks for my checking accts. One is updating as required. The other bank has 2 checing accounts and one CD. It has been updating for several years, but has recently stopped updating, and doesn't seem to recognize the bank or fails to connect. Icannot figure out how to reconnect after ttrying several different things.

It's been a few months, but I think it was after an update.

The only bushnellbank listing I found in Add Account is for Farmers & Merchants State BK Bush.  Is this the bank you are having the download issue with?

If not, then it appears that either your bank has changed it's name (maybe via an aquisition) or it no longer supports downloading into Quicken.

If it was aquired by another bank, then you will need to deactivate your account in Quicken and after setting up the online account under the new bank name you will need to try setting up downloading from that new bank.

If it is Farmers & Merchanges State BK Bush then it appears that it now supports only the Web Connect connection method.  This is what the FIDIR (Financial Institutions Directory) files shows is listed for this bank.  Note that Web Connect is the only connection method listed here.:

WC involves logging into the online account and manually downloading/importing the transactions file in a QFX (also sometimes called "Quicken" or "Web Connect") formatted file.

If this doesn't answer your question:  Exactly what is the full name of the bank and is there a different URL for that bank than what you had posted above?

It looks to me like Bushnell either changed their name,  or got acquired.  Have you tried using this bank name?
