Automatic account update on Quicken Classic for Mac

Using Quicken Classic Version 8.3.2 (Build 803.58902.100), macOS 13.7.8.

Is there a toggle that would permit me to have all my accounts autmoatically updated when I start my Quicken app? I don't see one.

I want to schedule periodic updates to Quicken on my desktop while I am traveling so I can use mobile/web quicken to manage finances while traveling.

There aren't any such options on Quicken Mac, but maybe you aren't aware of the fact that the Quicken Cloud dataset is updated periodically by the Quicken server and can even be forced to update at least in the Web app (I'm not sure if the Mobile app does this). The Quicken Cloud dataset is what both the Mobile and Web app use (they are the GUI's for getting the data from there).

When you get home and do the sync on Quicken Mac whatever you have done on the Mobile/Web apps is synced to the Quicken Mac Desktop data file.

You do have to start this with a sync from the Quicken Mac Desktop to get the accounts setup in the Quicken Cloud dataset, but after that you should be able to use it for some time just with the Mobile or Web app.

Actually, was not aware. But in the meantime, I have created an apple Shortcuts/Automator script that I can periodically execute from the Calendar app. This updates my desktop and syncs to the cloud.
