UBS Credit Card
i have been a quicken user for over 10 years… i download my information daily. The last 4 downloads from the UBS Infiniite card would show the vendor but no amounts. any others experiencing this? would it be UBS or Quicken where the problem is?

Thanks for sharing the details. A few questions to help narrow things down:
- Where is your Quicken data file stored? Is it on your local hard drive (C: Drive) or on a cloud/external drive (e.g., OneDrive, Dropbox, USB)?
- Have you tried any troubleshooting steps so far? If so, what have you done?
- Are you using a VPN when updating your accounts? If yes, does disabling it change anything?
- Do you have antivirus or security software that might interfere with Quicken? If so, have you tried temporarily disabling it?
- When did this issue first start occurring?
- Were there any recent system or software changes before the issue began (updates, new programs, etc.)?
Also, could you provide screenshots showing the transactions with missing amounts? That will help us see exactly what’s happening. If needed, please refer to this Community FAQ for instructions on how to attach a screenshot.
