Upgrade path from an ancient release of Quicken?

Hello and thank you for reading my question.  My church has an ancient release of Quicken (Quicken 2010 Deluxe Release R10) running on a Windows 7 Home Premium machine.  I have been tasked with bringing this up to date on a new Windows 11 Pro machine.  Is there a current version of Quicken available for purchase that is capable of ingesting data files from this old version?  If so, which version and what are the steps, please?

Another download side to moving to subscription Quicken (2018+) being that your group seems to like to save money versus expending it on newer versions of software, if the subscription is allowed to lapse, about 25% of the display area will be lost to a banner/panel informing you of that condition and urging you to renew the subscription.

If QW2013 referenced by UKR is good enough for your needs, consider stopping at that point in the conversion.

Do not think you are getting a good deal and buy any 2014-2017 versions of Quicken since they can not be installed since the registration servers used by them no longer exist.

Also, stay clear of Starter Edition as it will not fill your requirements.

Using the new Windows 11 machine, I'd stop after installing and converting to Windows 2013 Deluxe. This may do what you need, for free.

If, after that, you want to spend some money, purchase, download and install

This will require an annual subscription renewal fee.
