Third Avenue Funds FDP-102 error

I have no problem logging into the website, but the Quicken Connect gives me the dreaded FDP-102 error. Are there any updates on fixing this?

Thanks, Steve

    Hello @SteveBoone,

Thank you for sharing your experience.

After reviewing your connections internally, I can confirm you are getting FDP-102 with Third Avenue Funds. Error 102 (or FDP-102) is displayed when a bank is selected that is unavailable, or you have changed your sign-in information with your financial institution, and the new credentials are not carried over to Quicken.

Please check out this Support Article we have for FDP-102. It suggests waiting 24 hours and trying again. If the issue does not resolve after 24 hours, please contact Quicken Support directly so they can escalate the issue if needed.

    Thank you!

    Hi Alyssa,

I waited and tried again. I still get the same failure. I ensured that my Quicken login and 3rd Ave were the same. I don't know if it makes a difference on the Quicken Connect or not, but the investor portal to 3rd Ave has a different URL than what is shown on the listed financial institutions. Also, to be clear, there is a setting on the 3rd Ave portal that enables "external aggregator authorization". I have mine set to "enabled".

    Thanks, Steve
