Quicken is currently unable to verify the finanical institution information for this download. Please try again later.

I have retried this many times and get the sam error.

I have done this many times successfully in the past months and years.

More info needed in order to assist you.

When you do HELP, About Quicken … what shows as the Quicken product, version and "Subscription valid until … " date?

When you do TOOLS, Account List, what shows in the "Transaction Download", "Last Download" and "Financial Institution" columns across from your BofA accounts?

What's the EXACT wording of any messages that you get when trying to connect? Are you getting any error codes?

BofA has discontinued support for Web Connect/QFX files. You need to switch to Express Web Connect + to download your transactions.

Thank you. When I went to Tools, Account list, Last download, I saw the Issue and I can now fix the Issue.
