Why isn't disabling "automatically categorize transactions" working?

I disabled this a while ago, but my transactions continue to get categorized by the software during the download process. How do I fix this?

    I do have some follow-up questions for you.

    • Where is your data file located?
    • Is your file being backed up/synced by any third-party services like Dropbox, Carbonite, or OneDrive?
    • How long would you say this issue has been happening?
    • Does this happen with specific payees or all payees?
    • Do you have any Renaming Rules that could be causing this?
      • To check this, you would go to Tools>Renaming Rules, and look for any that you have for the affected payee(s).
    • Do you have any Memorized Payees that could be affecting this?
      • To check this, you would go to Tools>Memorized Payees, and check to see if the affected payees are set up with the information you are seeing download.
