CC-501 trying to setup TreasuryDirect (reopened, still not fixed)

The issue reported before, extensively, in 2023 is still not fixed. I have, in fact, tried it many many times over the last 3 or 4 years and each time it fails in the same way. I have appended the screenshot, but it's still the same as reported before at least twice. Each issue was closed without being fixed and without the relevant entry for TreasuryDirect being removed from the online setup menu. It doesn't work so either it needs to be made to work or it needs to be removed.

Note that TreasuryDirect is primarily an investment account; it contains securities, "marketable securitities" and "savings bonds" and the following:

Zero-Percent C of I

$.00

Payroll Zero % C of I

$.00

Agree. Quicken needs to step up and actually provide some customer service. We are paying a subscription so should see responsiveness. I've been a Quicken user since 1990 and find the last few years to be woefully less responsive.
