Projected Balance- Income & Payments dates change

I'm seeing a projected income that I set for December 1st get moved to January 1st after I run a banking update. That update did not include any deposit of the income. I've also found other bill reminder expenses dates being changed.

I've reset those accounts with the correct payment/deposit date, but after running an account update, the dates I set are gone and have been moved forward a month or two. I count on the Projected Balance data to be correct, so this is very frustrating.

I have some follow-up questions for you.

• When did this issue start?
• Have you tried deleting the problem reminder(s) and re-adding them?
  • If not, this is a good place to start.
• Are you using Quicken for Mobile and Web?
• Where is your data file located?
• Is your file being synced/backed up by any third-party services like Dropbox, Carbonite, or OneDrive?
