I'm using Quicken Classic Deluxe on Windows 10. The subscription expired a couple of days ago, and so I've been trying to renew it to continue using Quicken. However, I've tried using 2 different credit card and Paypal as payment for the renewal (through the 'Subscriptions' section of 'My Account' on the Quicken website), and in all cases I get the error message "There was a problem with your payment - Please try another payment method". I've tried through the Quicken application UI also, and get a similar error, and again a similar error if I try to update the card details directly through the 'Payments' section of the Quicken website.
I just tried to call the support phone number (+1 (650) 250-1900), but it won't connect.
Can anyone suggest how I can get my subscription renewed?
