Citibank reporting connection problems
I'm running Premier R65.17 and for the last two days have been unable to connect to my Citibank accounts when doing an update. I'm wondering whether the problem is common or if there is any indication of a solution. Over time I seem to have frequent problems with Citibank connectivity.

I checked on our side, and I’m not seeing any internal errors occurring for your Citibank connection—the connection appears as though it's connecting successfully.
To better understand what’s happening, could you please provide more details and tell us exactly what is happening? It would also be helpful to share a screenshot of what you're seeing during the update. Be sure to redact any personal or account information before posting.
