New download barriers

I have been grappling with the new barriers that have been erected between Quicken Classic and my financial institutions. I have tried all of the suggested "fixes" but nothing gives me the convenience and reliability that I had before. It was this convenience and reliability that convinced me to buy a subscription in the first place. That it is virtually impossible to get an actual human expert on the phone to help explain and fix the various messes created by these new barriers only exacerbates the frustration I feel. If anyone from Quicken actually reads and considers my questions, as opposed to the easy fix of using some AI-agent to sugar coat a response, I would like to ask a simple question: "Remind me, again, why do I continue to subscribe to Quicken?"

Well, it might help if you were to tell us what the issues are that you are experiencing.

BTW, it sounds like you attempted to Chat with Quick Assist which is an AI service that is available 24/7 but like any AI support for any company they are still fairly limited in the level of support they can provide. Instead, they tend to focus on some basic stuff on how to use Quicken, how to download/install, etc.

If you want to be able to communicate with a real person you need to try contacting Quicken Support via Chat or Phone during the business hours that are posted: https://www.quicken.com/support/search-opt/. (Today is a holiday so they are not available today but they will be tomorrow.)

And, if you're truly running Q2017, as your profile indicates, you shouldn't be able to download anything … so your point is moot.
